Are you ready to say Goodbye to 2020 with love and gratitude?

2020 was an emotional year without a doubt!

Some of us had a real hard time with the emotions and feeling that got triggered with the global and personal events that occurred.

Some of us managed the charge well and even supported others during these challenging times.

Emotions and feelings are magnetic charges that surges through our nervous system. When we dont give it an outlet to flow through and dissipate it can be trapped and lodged in our bodies creating physical pain and dis-ease.

Emotions are energy in motion. Circular connected breathing creates that outlet for our emotional body to purge and purify the charge with ease. Breathwork amongst many other benefits creates space in the mind so the thoughts that created those emotions and feeling can be processed and easily released.

Whether you feel 2020 integrated or not it is always rewarding to let go of the past with love and gratitude for the opportunities for growth and the experiences lived.

What happens if you dont feel gratitude for 2020? That’s okay! Breathing consciously will help you navigate through all of your emotions and open up to miracles and expanded awareness.

The key is to relax, allow all energetic charges to flow through the body and not judge yourself!
