Yin and Yang. Feminine and Masculine. We carry both energies within ourselves independent of our gender.

Example of Masculine attributes such as will power, focus, discipline, logic and rational thinking.

And for the Feminine attributes are flexibility, compassion, emotional, forgiveness and nurturing.

Most of us are leaning more towards one of these polarities and some of us go back and forth like a pendulum.

Ideally we want to integrate both and have access to both at any given moment.

We want to take action and be rational but  we also want to be flexible and forgiving. 

Anger, resentments, power struggles, micro managing is such a few examples of dis-harmonized masculine energy within. We want to balance it with the feminine aspects such as forgiveness and understanding.

 our Breathwork Ceremony we will invoke both energies and balance what is out of harmony within which it will then reflect outward in life.
